By using CareerCoach.cloud ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

CareerCoach.cloud is an AI-powered career coaching tool that generates personalized career transition roadmaps. The Service provides a free summary and a paid detailed roadmap ($29 one-time purchase).

2. AI-Generated Content

All roadmaps, recommendations, and advice are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, outdated information, or suggestions that may not be appropriate for your specific situation.

The Service is not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal advice, or financial advice. You should independently verify any recommendations before acting on them, especially regarding salary expectations, job market conditions, and educational requirements.

3. Payments and Refunds

• Paid roadmaps cost $29 USD, charged as a one-time payment via Stripe.
• We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your roadmap, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
• Refund requests should be sent to careercoach@plip.ca.

4. Roadmap Expiry

Unpaid roadmap previews expire 48 hours after generation. Paid roadmaps are accessible indefinitely via their unique link.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of the information you provide. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data through our AI systems to generate your roadmap. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated roadmaps as your own product
• Submit false or misleading information to manipulate results

7. Intellectual Property

The roadmap content generated for you is yours to use personally. The Service's design, branding, code, and underlying systems remain our intellectual property.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CareerCoach.cloud and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to career decisions made based on AI-generated recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service ($29).

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated recommendations will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
